A:Smart phones offer users the option of being notified by a bright flashing light, sound or vibration when an incoming call or message is received. There are several new auxiliary notification devices available that are designed to work with a computer, laptop, cell phone, iPhone or iPad and alerts the user by sound, bright flashing light, vibration (or bed shaker) when an incoming call or message is received.
